Picar tambien los corazones de alcachofa. Revolverlo con la crema y unas gotas de jugo maggy y de salsa inglesa. Utilice aprox. 150gr.&lt;br /&gt;- Jamon picado: En este caso fueron 200gr de pechuga de pavo, el jamon de pavo y sobretodo el de puerco tienen mucha grasa y mucho sodio.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;** Opcionales: si quieren que la crema tenga mas sabor la pueden mezclar tambien con un poco de pimienta, queso parmesano, hojas de perejil deshidratado, consome de pollo o lo que se les antoje.
